Craftsmanship Guarantee
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke and intimate nature of fine jewelry, we do not offer standard cash refunds. However, we offer an exchange period of 7 days from the date of delivery for ready-collection pieces, provided they are in pristine, unworn condition with all security seals intact.
2. Custom & Bespoke Items
Custom-designed pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We ensure complete satisfaction through detailed design mockups and consultations prior to crafting.
3. Buyback Policy
Jewelora offers a lifetime buyback and exchange policy based on the current market value of metals and stones, subject to inspection at our Gurugram residency.
